Reusable Picture Frame: Winter updates

I have winter updates to my reusable picture frames! I finally figured out what I wanted to do.

This is my kitchen counter update. I found a beautiful greeting card from Joy Gift Shoppe, a local Austin gift shop that recently moved to Kerby Lane. I mounted it on a 12 x 12 scrapbook paper I bought at Michaels. Scrapbook papers are between $0.69 – $0.99 depending on the type you get. I have not found scrapbook paper at Austin Creative Reuse so that is why I went to Michaels. I think people tend to keep colored paper since it does have so many uses, or they give it to schools.

I love A Christmas Carol and I’m an 80s kid so I love The Muppet Christmas Carol. I printed out the famous quote about honoring Christmas in our hearts and added it to a bookmark I bought two years ago from Etsy seller, The Nerdy Butterfly. I love a good dark red so that is what I picked for this frame and set. This frame is on my kitchen wall.

I also bought a light blue paper to go behind Dragon in the winter frame in the half bathroom. It offsets the image a bit more than just white. The blue will go behind the Bluey “Gotta Be Done” quote that is in the kitchen wall frame when I bring that back for spring.
