Pie pans can be recycled in your curbside carts. Make sure to clean and dry them.
These are from chicken pot pies. One came in a paper bakery box and one was shrink wrapped. See Compost: Pie Box for how to process the box.
Trash any plastic film or plastic windows from boxes.
Put the food-soiled paper box in your compost cart or compost system at home.
Compost any leftover/old pie you aren’t able to eat or forgot in the fridge or freezer (it happens and it is okay).
