ReBlend Paint: Recycled Free Paint

Check out my video for this post at https://fb.watch/cbf7JxwoO8/. I had fun figuring out my phone and using my kid’s handy work to help share information.

This is a post specific to an Austin program, but if you don’t live in Austin, I encourage you to work with your city or recycling providers to consider this program. ♻️ It doesn’t take up a lot of room at a recycling site, it’s low staff, low equipment, I think it’s a great idea and it keeps a lot of paint, a lot of items, out of the landfill.πŸ’š

Free paint!? πŸ†“πŸŽ¨Did you know the City of Austin takes paint turned in for proper disposal/reuse and mixes it up into low VOC paint colors that are free for you and me?it’s called Austin ReBlend and it comes in three different colors πŸ€πŸ€ŽπŸ’šand all you have to do is make an appointment and you can pick up what you want for your project.♻️ Spring cleaning, honey-do list, recycling and Earth Month, you’re checking off so many great things with this.πŸ† Find out more, make an appointment to pick up or drop off paint at https://www.austintexas.gov/reblend.

I haven’t used it myself as you can see from these stellar examples of why you need new paint; however I have heard great things about it and people I’ve spoken to that use it, love it and they go back to their next project.
