Did you know you can pick up free paint from the City of Austin Recycle & Reuse Drop-off Center?!
Austin ReBlend paint is free for individuals, nonprofits and businesses.
Austin ReBlend is a 100 percent post-consumer, reblended flat paint (with low VOCs) made from paint collected at the Recycle & Reuse Drop-Off Center.
Austin ReBlend paint comes 3.5 gallon containers and is available in three colors:
1) olive green
2) dark beige
3) off white
The Austin ReBlend flyer and website recommend how much paint you need to help you use the right amount of paint for the job.
All you need to do is drive up to chain link fence before the Recycle & Reuse Drop-Off Center. There are a few parking spots for the paint pickup. The buckets of paint are labeled, and will be in white or black buckets as you see here. You just take what you need for the job.
Don’t forget to drive through and drop off all your old paint, and any additional materials accepted at the Recycle & Reuse Drop-Off Center.
