Join Austin Creative Reuse in celebrating Día de los Muertos by adding your own framed picture of a loved one to the Community Ofrenda! Starting Tuesday, October 10th, you can contribute to a beautiful altar in remembrance of those who have passed on, set up by Community Engagement Manager, Tanya.
Decorating frames with reuse materials, using memorabilia or embellishments indicative of your loved one’s favorite pastimes or interests is highly encouraged.
When dropping off your photo, please make sure to take it to a Reuse Specialist at the register so that they may label it and take your details for return after November 2nd.
