Air pillows from packages can be recycled!
Pop them and put them with your plastic bags that can go back to any plastic bag recycling station.
Most grocery stores, Targets, Walmarts and Home Depots have plastic bag stations near the entrance or carts where you can drop all your plastic film and bags off.
In Austin, the Recycle & Reuse Drop-off Center also accepts most plastic films and bags.
