This is still my favorite way to wear my black Sierra wool& dress three years later!
I grew up in a uniform jumper with a shirt under it so I really enjoy this dress/shirt combination.
At the time my school plaid was navy and dark green.
I love red and black together. In elementary school I really wanted to go to the school with a flaming cross and the red and black plaid because it all looked so cool. Things grow on you though. Blue and Green are some of my favorite colors now and I am now a United Methodist of the flaming cross logo. So both worked out. I wear a ton of black and red, as well and navy and green, so who knows what influences from our childhood can affect us when we’re older.
