Super proud of my husband this morning who replaced the igniter on our water heater.
Thank you internet. I’m also grateful for my time at Building Services at the City of Austin so I could direct him to a local Granger for the part. Austin has two locations if you need something local like this. This is the second major repair he figured out with the internet prolonging the life of our 17 year old water heater.
I’ll be recycling this part at the Electronics Station at Austin Recycles. Anything with a cord, plug, computer chip or battery can go for safe processing.
