My friend just found some new smaller purses she liked but the straps they came with were too narrow for her. Half an inch isn’t supporting much. They were uncomfortable and didn’t hold the weight of her purse so she asked if I could help. Of course I can, let’s ask Buy Nothing.

This is my Embroidered Garden Bag Strap from Trades of Hope that I used in the post. It’s what I have and my friend wanted. They don’t carry this anymore but it was the width and style my friend was hoping for.

I thought to add the words for guitar strap to the Ask because I thought it was really appropriate to the width she was looking for and what my purse strap actually looks like.
These two yellow wider straps is what we received. I sent it to my friend who picked the one she wanted. We got an immediate response which was kind of cool!
My friend only wanted one, and the giver put it out right away and we picked it up within the half hour. It was a blessed morning.
Austin Creative Reuse also has bag and purse straps. We found a thick black athletic-type one there that works too but if she wants to be a bit more dressy or matching, our Buy Nothing Win is better.
