Pollinator Day for Earth Day in Mueller

Celebrate Earth Day Friday, April 24

4 – 6 p.m. in the Southeast Greenway in Mueller Neighborhood.

*THIS IS A GREAT EVENT FOR KIDS!*

The park is large, hilly, has tunnels and swings!

The Mueller Landscape Committee will host its 5th annual Plant a Pollinator Garden event next month in the Southeast Greenway near Tom Miller Street and Berkman Drive (across from Wildflower Terrace). In honor of Earth Day, participants can:

🌱 Plant native, pollinator friendly plants

🌼 Make seed balls to plant shade-tolerant wildflowers

🦇 Learn about wildlife from the Capital Area Master Naturalist

🦆 Learn about bird watching with Travis Audubon and purple martin experts

🐝 Assemble bee feeding stations

♻ Get recycling and sustainability tips from a local resident expert (ME😍)

🎍 Plant a take-home flower with Urban Dirt

🦋 Paint a stenciled bag and color butterfly-themed images
