If You Give a Mouse a Cookie from the Netflix Halloween episode. Shown are Pig, Mouse, Moose and Cat, my version. We had Pig (Piggy), Mouse, and Cat (Bartley from True and the Rainbow Kingdom and yes I know ours is pink and not black). I found Mouse at Sprouts this fall season. We realized later we didn’t have a Dog so we did find a bull dog with the correct colors we “adopted”/bought to complete the friend crew. He ended up being from Barnes & Noble. Bull Dogs with spots are hard so we did go ahead and adopt him though I was planning to go to local Terra Toys if things didn’t work out. We are in B&N looking for something else so it was convenient.
The only thing new for the photo is a handmade, local, pink scrunchie by Apoth & Stitch from Clover + Maven . Thank you!
Per the show, Pig is supposed to be a dancing tool, she loves ballet but here she just has her tutu. Mouse is a mummy with a reused Ace bandage instead of a shoelace. My Mouse and my shoelace didn’t jibe for the mummy-look as the lace was too thin so I changed it. Moose is wearing a kitchen towel here as a ghost (Yes he looks like ET but where his eyes are on the stuffy he needs to be able to see). Cat has an eyeglass cleaning cloth with hair elastic as his Phantom of the Opera cape. I did not make him a mask. Dog is supposed to be Henry, I’ll work on that next Halloween.
