Shop small, shop local, pretty things! I’m at the @bluegenieartbazaar May Market. I want to get some eyelash serum and jasmine green tea. I’ll see what else I can find! I did remember to take a big basket with me to shop and use at checkout. This would have been so helpful in December when I was doing my Christmas shopping. Yes, a big paper bag can be reused and recycled, but why bother when I have reusable and sturdy baskets?

- Eyelash serum
- jasmine green tea
- herbal tea
- scrunchie (I need one when I’m cooking) Carrot is my son’s nickname.
- claw clip (I use this or the scrunchie depending on my my head feels) It’s a cloud like Cumulo in True and the Rainbow Kingdom on Netflix.
- cookies (I’m on my period)
- cotton napkins I’ll use as handkerchiefs
- chapstick holder – I can use the extra holder for space since I end up putting my husband’s things in my purse so often
- calming sleepy balm
So more than I intended, but all usable or consumable. All local, small businesses, minimal packaging and pretty things to look at and/or smell. It’s really fun to walk around with your coffee and see how creative people are. A lot of times the artists are refilling so you may even be able to meet some. I’ve met several over the years.
